Return Eligibility

You may request a return for your order within 7 days of its delivery if it meets the following criteria:

The item is in brand new, unopened condition

Item is in its original packaging

Proof of purchase order confirmation is supplied

The item in question is not damaged by modification, misuse, or poor handling

Custom 3D Printed Products

Due to the majority of our offerings being order-based and customizable, once the production phase has begun for a product, a return and refund will no longer be applicable.

Examples of custom-made products:

3D printed items of a personalized nature

3D printed items that were designed via customer-uploaded files

Items that have been customized via size, color, etc.

Items that have been specially made to order based on a customer request

Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items

If you receive an item that is defective, damaged or incorrect, we appreciate you contacting us within 72 hours of receipt of delivery and including with your correspondence the following:

Your order number

A description for the issue that occurred

A clear, concise, and appropriate image(s) for the item in question along with its packaging

Once we receive the items in question and your request for the reason, we will determine if and what we decide to do:

We may opt to provide a replacement

A reprint of the original item will be provided

We will issue store credit

A refund will be issued if applicable

Non-Returnable Items

The following items are not returnable:

Items that are downloaded digitally

Items that are gift cards

Items that were on sale or clearance

Items that have been Customized

Items that have been Used

Items that show signs of wear or modification

Order Cancellations

Orders can be cancelled if it is within 24 hours of the order being placed. After this time, should the order be produced or the order be shipped, it will be at the discretion of 3DPrintedWorld if any order that is confirmed to be custom will have its production disrupted.

Return Policy

Refunds are only processed after returned items are received and examined. Approved refunds are processed within 5-10 business days. The return shipping time and your payment provider may extend that time.

The return shipping cost is on the customer. If we erred, we will cover the cost. We suggest using returned items’ trackable services.
