At 3DPrintedWorld we strive to handle our customers’ requests in the most effective manner. Since some of our products require the customer to place a request then have the products printed on demand the duration for processing your order may vary.
Order Processing
An order is processed on average in 1–3 working days.
3DPrintedWorld takes the following factors into consideration when determining the duration for processing a custom order:
Size of the product
Type of material
Complexity of the print
Finishing touches
Volume of the orders that are already in the queue
On average a custom order is completed in a period that ranges between 20 working days.
Due to the nature of the production process the schedule for making a custom 3D printed product may vary greatly.
Shipping Time Estimates
Business days required to ship an order to your location after it has been processed are:
For customers in the US
Standard Shipping: 10 days
Expedited Shipping: 10 days
Rest of the world
Standard international shipping: 10 days
The times indicated will vary according to your location and how fast customs authorize your order.

When placing an order the exact cost for the shipping will be communicated to you based on the following:

Depending on the order we may provide free shipping.

Confirmation that an order has been shipped will be sent via email The email will contain the following:

Shipping details
Digital Products Digital Products like STL files and downloadable resources do not require shipping and will be sent to you electronically after we have processed your payment.
Shipping Delays and Delivery Exceptions
There are several reasons your shipment may be delayed. Weather disrupted carriers customs mishandled orders and high demand during the holidays can cause shipment delays.
The responsibility for delayed shipments outside of our control falls on the shipping carrier.
Incorrect Shipping Information
Failure to provide the correct shipping address results in:

Returned packages and reshipping fees

Damaged Packages
If your package is damage upon arrival please reach out to us within 72 hours and include the order number and photos of the damage both to the product and to the shipping materials. Replacements credits or store credits will be determined at our discretion.
